Parks • All Parks are maintained by ZFHOA. • Parks are zoned into 10 areas for maintenance and management • Summer maintenance programme – General Park Maintenance • Winter maintenance programme – Pruning and General Park Housekeeping (End June, July, August) • Monthly grounds-keeping report presented to Board for discussion and update

Infrastructure Maintenance Rocklands GM • Guard huts annual maintenance • Fencing – Pallisade maintenance • Boundaries and Perimeter maintenance

Rocklands GM and CCJ Boundary • Security / Boundary working relationship – CCJ Rocklands Gallo Manor • Boundary shared maintenance with CCJ • Security – Golf carts and van patrols by FADT

Friends of the Park • No civils work or park projects have been funded by ZFHOA levies • Donations from individual community members and ‘civils contractors’ • Estimated 240 k has been donated by various donors • All of this work has been facilitated by Board Members

Rocklands Stream • Consulted Civil Engineers – specialists in water course and wetland rehabilitation • Rocklands stream during the rainy season is flooding excessively which is causing damage to embankments • Repairs and reconstruction of river banks has become necessary • Donations received from contractors to assist with ongoing repairs
