MISSION STATEMENT Developing Players – Building Success RCVC strives to provide a solid foundation of technical skills and fundamentals to help each player develop, not only as an athlete but as a contributing citizen in our community. Our character traits include leadership, sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-discipline. RCVC’s goal is to provide our athletes quality court time, great coaching, and tough competition. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to explore their talent and develop their skills which will enable them to compete at the highest level possible .

RCVC – Decatur • RCVC has a sister club in Decatur. (RCVC Decatur) • Jill Faulkner – Director and Head Coach at Brewer High School • Jill oversees a team of coaches that have made a huge impact in the area. She and her team will continue to represent in that area • Her coaching staff and teams are successfully winning tournaments and changing the game in the area for those young ladies

Jump Training • One of the best programs in the area • Helping players become stronger, faster and jump higher • Added equipment upstairs to help with this process • Starting in December – January • Certified trainers– Rose Powell, Jamie Flemings, Maci Battle, Karen Asprilla, The Best Jump training program in the area!

New Age Definition • 18 & Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2002 or Players who were born on or after July 1, 2001 and a high school student during some part of the current academic year. • 17 & Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2003 • 16 & Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2004 • 15 & Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2005 • 14 & Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2006 • 13 & Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2007 • 12 & Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008 • 8 & Under Membership: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012

Tryouts • Everyone will tryout • Everyone has a position here at RCVC • AHSSA rule – 50%, meaning only 3 players from a school can play together, unless you are 7 th grade and below. • No one have ever been cut, turned away. • After the tryouts what to expect • A phone call from RCVC with an offer/or a call back note • You can accept offer immediately (2 minutes) • Account to be created on RCVC. net after accepting position • Commitment and uniform day (Oct 15 and Nov. 5 th)

Uniforms Days and First Payment due October 15 th, October 22 nd and Nov 5 th 6 pm – 7: 30 pm EVERYONE MUST WEAR NIKE GEAR AT TOURNAMENTS • We will use the same jerseys as last season, which new players will have to purchase. • We have two jerseys that we will continue to use. • We will be adding one additional jersey for a total of three. • Returning players should have two from previous years. (Grey and Red) • We will add one jersey this year. (Black) • Optional items will be available to purchase at team day. Example: shorts, kneepads, backpacks, etc. Half the uniform payment is due when placing the order or paid online by November 15. The first payment of $400 will be due at Team Day as well.

Refund Policy • Due to COVID-19 - 2020 has been a year. • Tournament expenses will credit accounts once we build your account for the 2021 season. • Credits have been used for clinics, private session, 4 on 4 and many other things. • Credit toward future trainings • Refunds made when requested for tournament expenses only. • Dec. 1 is the last day for refunds, we pay for tournaments on this day.

CHANGES TO SRVA REGISTRATION 2020 -21 • Go to www. srva. org, click on member registration and register your child (payment must be made online for member registration). • BRING MEDICAL AND SRVA FORM TO TRYOUTS. THE MEDICAL FORM MUST HAVE YOUR SRVA NUMBER ON IT. • After Tryouts, RCVC will be inviting players to join. When the player accepts this first invitation they will show up in the Club's directory. The players will then upgrade their “tryout” memberships to the appropriate "Full" membership. This is time they will be officially accepting the invitation to play for RCVC. When they accept this second invitation and have upgraded their membership, they will show as an eligible player in our directory so that we can begin to build our teams and rosters
