Also, if an organization rolls out RPA on a large scale, deliberate and systematic governance of robotic processes is critical 3. Many RPA implementations today will also involve web portals and workflow systems. Some use AI tools to enhance the RPA capabilities. Don’t try to get RPA to do more than it really should.
