Academic Interventions: We believe it is our responsibility to help every student catch up on learning. We offer the following support for students to ensure that they are college and career ready: Robertson Continuation High School is a small learning community, where students who have struggled academically at traditional high schools thrive! The reputation for continuation high schools is that we have all the "bad kids!" This is absolutely false! • Daily Flex Period (30 minutes) • Accelerated Math- intensive mathematics intervention • Push-in support (an extra certificated teacher) in most classrooms to help struggling students • Intervention built into the school day to provide all students with the opportunity to master each learning target in every subject • After School Homework Club Students are not bad for falling behind academically. We deeply understand this, and have created an excellent school culture with What You Might Not Know At Robertson We Provide: • Four academic quarters on a block schedule. Students may earn up to 80 credits during the school year and 15 credits during the summer. students who are motivated to use their second chance to learn and graduate from high school.
