DISTRICT PRIORITIES Success for All Professional Excellence 2
LOCAL CONTROL ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN (LCAP) The LCAP is a written document the details the district’s mission to support all students and designates appropriate funds for action. The LCAP is developed with input from various stakeholders of the district; Board members, certificated and classified staff, administration, parents, community members, and students. The LCAP is publicly reviewed at the May Board Meeting with a final approval in June to be submitted to the County Office for review. 3
LCAP GOALS All members of the school community will report increased levels of engagement as measured by surveys, participation, attendance, and observation. All students will demonstrate increased academic achievement as measured by formative and summative assessments. Key identified conditions of learning will be demonstrated as effective by increased student achievement. 4

LCAP site plans are presented to the Governing Board in October and reviewed again in June to report progress. Each principal has been assigned a district office administrator as a “coach” to help discuss ideas and support action. 6
