Individualized Consideration § Bob Iger’s consideration has been tested recently and to the mass’ perspective, he succeeded. Princess Tiana’s skin-tone was perceived to bee white-washed in trailers for “Ralph Breaks the Internet, ” Disney responded by correcting the princess’ skin tone to a darker hue. § He understands that those working on the projects know best and will not enforce his influence to force his opinion into the mix. § As evidenced by his public Tweets supporting his colleagues, Iger takes into consideration those around him and acts in a way that makes it evident to the public.
