What is a Slave ? A slave is someone who is forced to work, who is unpaid, unable to leave and who is controlled by violence or the threat of violence
Human Trafficking is a modern day form of slavery It is said to be the fastest growing criminal industry in the world. Generating billions of dollars by victimising millions of people around the world.
It’s estimated that there are 100, 000 children in the sex trade in the United States each year.
What is the extent of the problem ? Yet slavery is illegal everywhere !
