Entering Course Requests Using the information on your completed Registration Form, add each class by entering the course number in the Course ID field. NOTE: Do NOT enter anything in the Department or Course Title fields – you will ONLY use the Course ID field. The next screen will show you the course title that corresponds with the course number you entered. If the course title that appears is the course you intended to request, simply click on the “Request” button and then click on the “click here to move selected requests to Selected Course Requests”.

Verify Course Selections As you add each course, take a moment to verify that each course is populating your list. Don’t forget to click the radial “request” button for each course selection. The screen defaults back to “none” each time, so if you forget to change the button, your course will not be added to your request list.

Things to remember …. • each course number represents one semester of a course (12 courses will equal a full schedule of six classes all year) • you must enter both semesters of a year-long course • for example, HE 711 is the course number for the first semester of Human Body Systems and HE 712 is the number for second semester • Seniors who are requesting Release Time must select the applicable Release Time course code and enter those codes to complete your 12 sections. NOTE – Release Time will NOT be added to your schedule until we have a signed Release Time form. Forms are available in Student Advisement.
