Lidar & AI mapping Lidar Sensor • We use 25 m Lidar • Wavelength: 850 nm • Laser Class: 1 (IEC 60825 -1: 2014) • Aperture Angle: 270 degree • Scanning frequency: 15 Hz • IP 67 Operation Principle The lidar shall scan the environment periodically. The data shall be sent back to the PC inside the AGV. The PC shall use AI to interpret the environment mapping. Collision Detection: Bumper & Emergency Button Emergency button shall be located in the top (obvious) position for emergency stop operation. Communications (Default) [1] 5 G / 4 G Module for external communication The system shall be equipped with 4 G / 5 G module. A 5 G / 4 G SIM card shall be used for external communications. [2] Wifi The system shall be equipped with optional wifi endpoint. This allow the system to connect to external Access Point for lower cost communications. [3] Lora (Future Potential Extensibility) By default, Lora is NOT equipped in the system. Lora is usually used in special engineering site, such as E&M site. However, our system can be enriched with Lora on request if the related extensibility is required. This type of battery is the most stable in the market among Lithium selection. Battery Management System - Collaboration with HKPC ü Our battery management system is the product after the collaboration with Hong Kong Productivity Council’s Electric Vehicle’s Team. ü HKPC is one of the renowned inspection group in Hong Kong. ü This provide a good confidence in our battery management system. RISKSIS Your Trusted Partner [Option 2] MNC Lithium ion battery (三元鋰電池) Not Recommended. We can change the option to 三元鋰電池. Although it has the highest energy density among all types of battery, it is less stable compared with Lithium Metal Phosphate [Option 3] Nickel Metal Hydride Battery It is a safe and stable battery. It is a good choice too.
