Risk assessment Hazard Tripping over wires Electrical equipment Fire or evacuation Existing control measure Preventive measures Make sure you tape down all wires Let everybody know what wires are safe and which ones you need to be careful of Everyone who is around the area Let everyone know using it to be careful and don’t mess around Test all equipment before using it and make sure it is safe to use Everybody who is working in the studio Making sure all fire exits are free and available to get out and have nothing in the way Before we start anything make sure all fire exits are free and have nothing in the way and make sure you can get out from both sides of the door Who is at risk Everyone in the studio

Hazard Staging and lighting Food and drink Who is at risk Everyone in the studio and on the set including people in the back room which could cause a fire Everyone in the studio will be at risk, if someone spills the water on to the electrics it could cause a fire Existing control measures Make sure the lighting is being watch whilst we set the show up and whilst were live and be check a week before No one can bring food or drink into the studio, if you need to have a drink step out side of the area and take a drink All risk assessment created by Dan Brain Preventive measures Get everything checked a week before the show and on the day of the show before we go live Make sure everyone knows there is no excuse for eating or drinking they had a break to do that and now its time to work.
