MAP CALL – RIS (1) - Closing date: 28/02/2013 – may be extended - Budget : 10 million € - Co-financing rate: 50% for studies and 20% for works - Total requested EU contribution: minimum € 500, 000 - Eligible costs: costs incurred between 1/1/2012 and end date (at the latest 31/12/2015) - This is the 4 th RIS Call, already a number of RIS projects either completed or on-going. Check the TEN-T website for list and presentation of all RIS projects.

MAP CALL - RIS (2) The specific objectives and priorities of the Call are: • Installation of on-board equipment and shore– based infrastructure • Testing and validation of the technical feasibility and interoperability of technologies, systems, services and applications • Fine-tuning and further enhancement of technologies, systems, services and applications

MAP CALL - RIS (3) • Implementation of (new) services, e. g. for transport

MAP CALL - RIS (3) • Implementation of (new) services, e. g. for transport management purposes • Facilitation of interfaces with other modes of transport • Further development and application of concepts such as for cross border data exchange • Provision of feedback and contribution to the maintenance and amendment of the technical specifications
