Richard Woods, Georgia’s School Superintendent “Educating Georgia’s Future” gadoe. org • Worked 25+ years with students/adults with hearing and vision impairments. • Was an itinerant TVI and O&M Instructor for Baldwin and Putnam Counties. • Her teaching certifications include Adapted Curriculum, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, and Visual Impairment. Who should be included in the Child Count?
