The following guidelines can help set our students up for success: Richard Woods Georgia’s

The following guidelines can help set our students up for success: Richard Woods Georgia’s School Superintendent “Educating Georgia’s Future” gadoe. org • Make sure your child goes to bed early so that they are well rested. • Students should attend school DAILY! Try not to schedule doctor appointments on these days. • Have your child eat a nutritious breakfast. Remember breakfast is served in our cafeteria from 7: 00 -7: 45. If your child is having breakfast at school, please ensure that they arrive on time. • Students should arrive at school NO LATER THAN 7: 45 each morning. In the event your child is tardy and testing has started, they will not be allowed to take the assessment at that time. Unfortunately, they will have to wait until testing is complete (about 2 hours) before they are allowed to enter their classroom AND they will have to make up that portion of the assessment at a later time. • Encourage your child to study over the break. Refer to our school website for resources and online test taking practice. 2/27/2018 30
