RHIP Hazard Hunt 05 -07 March 2018 Summary • • • The program was well received and supported by the site team especially RHIP HSE team. kick off meeting (HH background, objective & deliverables) was attended by CHSR, CRC, FBO 6 R, CHSR 22, CHSR 21 and main contractors’ representatives (ALHASSAN, CCC, PETROFAC & ALTURKI). The program TOR were clearly highlighted to all and a very positive feedback was received. No significant observations/ findings were noted during the site visits. Majority were repeated , very minor and few of them were tackled/corrected on spots. A total of 8 hazard hunt class-based coaching sessions were conducted to 179 people from both PDO and Contractors on various aspects/techniques of hazards hunting. More coaching and engagements were conducted on sites to all participants with more focus on HSE representatives.
