Summary Ø Very good collaboration between CERN and KEK for this work Ø Thank you very much for Eric and Charles! Ø Auto-conditioning Module by CERN showed excellent performance (No problem!) Ø New ceramic coupler conditioning is on-going without problem Ø Necessary for Vacuum distribution module for much more convenient system How about 2 nd cycle and 3 rd cycle for coupler conditioning? Maybe we can take chance in this autumn. 1/Mar/2016 ILC TB Meeting 9
