Tell a story …! ■ Go Rhino!! The foot itself can be divided into 3 parts: the hindfoot, the midfoot, and the forefoot. The hindfoot is composed of 2 of the 7 tarsal bones, the talus, and the calcaneus; the midfoot contains the rest of the tarsal bones; and the forefoot contains the metatarsals and the phalanges. Mr Hindfoot was stood in a queue behind Mr Midfoot (who was smelly) and Mr Forefoot, who always liked to be first for everything. They were all standing in tar and had been standing there for a combined total of 7 years. Mr Hindfoot had been there for 2 years, Mr Midfoot for 3 years, Mr Forefront for 2 years…. etc
