Removed “Other” • Data shows schools and programs were using “Other” to report an escort (a brief physical contact to promote student safety). • An escort is not a restraint nor does is it required to be reported to DESE. Prone Restraint Requirements When a prone restraint is administered, these six additional fields need to be completed.
