Questionnaires • My results from the questionnaires all have different answers in different areas such as the first question which asked What is your favorite animation style and why? The majority of the answers said cartoon animation and the reason for this may be because a lot of people watch cartoons today so it a becomes a part of our lives.

Animation styles • I researched different animation styles so that I can grab an idea for my final major project. I found a few animation styles. I had a look at cartoon animations such as the Simpsons because it has its own very unique look with the yellow skin and the way the figures look.

Examples of images of celebrities • I also searched up some images of the celebrities which are a part of my work to see if there any good images to use to trace and edit onto to my work. This is a good idea because this means that I can find the best image to use to make my final product.

Picture imagery • I researched picture imagery so I can have an idea of what message to put behind my work. I found multiple ideas such as images where there are words on their faces. I unfortunately didn't’t add this to my work because It wont fit with my message that I am sending out. the message for my work is to show the main stages in life and how much people change physically.

Celebrity inspiration reason • I researched the reasoning for choosing the celebrities. In this screenshot I used Kanye west and I spoke about my reason for choosing him to put onto my work. I spoke about his past and how much he wanted to be a rapper and that he was in a fatal car accident.

Contact sheet examples • I researched examples of contact sheets. I have found a few similarities with them all. One being that most of them have a black and white colour style to it. This may be because it makes the contact sheet have an old look to it which may be what they were trying to achieve

TV animation examples • I have researched a few tv animation examples such as the Simpsons, family guy and south park. This research was very useful because I found out different styles of animation

Photoshop tutorials • I researched Photoshop tutorials to find out techniques to make my contact sheet on Photoshop. I learnt how to lay them out onto the page which I used on my own piece of work which makes it look tidy. However I didn't’t use the brush techniques because my own piece of work is deferent from what he is producing in the video. I researched these videos so I can learn new ways to improve my own work.

Colour imagery • I researched different colour imagery so I know what each colours message sends across such as blue which symbolizes the ocean and water. This means that if I use these colours will be changing the effect he image has on the viewer, however in my project I only black and white which doesn’t really have a message behind it. On the other hand the image itself and th whole product has imagery because it shows us the two main stages of life which is childhood and adulthood.

Font imagery • I researched font imagery so I will know what each message a font sends to the viewer such as a horror movie font which resembles bloods or spikes. This makes it look very unique. However I did not use any text on my work so this part of research was not helpful.
