Selection Process Format Q. 5 Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Participation or partnership ● By partnering with SBE firms to provide design services ● By improving participation of SBE firms in bidding process Inspire students to think critically, pursue their dreams and change the world.
Selection Process Format Q. 6 Resumes of key personnel with relevant experience (6 pages maximum per discipline). Resumes shall be no more than one single-faced page person. Q. 7 Relevant Firm Experience a. K-12 educational or other relevant projects including owner-occupied phased remodeling projects, with or without additions, complex phased remodeling of owneroccupied buildings b. An outline of experience working with the CM as Adviser and CM at Risk project delivery methods, with emphasis on K-12 educational work. c. List experience working with SPPS, the City of St. Paul, or other municipalities or governmental entities. Q. 8 Provide up to six (6) examples per discipline of relevant projects as defined above in Q. 7, completed during the past 10 years. Selection Process Format Q. 9 Experience in controlling project budget and schedule (1 page). Responders wishing to be considered only for Disciplines 2, 3 and 5 (Commissioning, Low Voltage and Landscape Architects) do not need to answer Q. 9 Division II – Responders wishing to be considered for the Large Projects Engineers Master List Questions 12 -14 Q. 12 Provide up to four (4) examples per discipline of relevant projects, as defined above in Q. 7, with total construction cost of more than 2 million dollars (and largest your firm completed to date) and completed during the past 10 years.
