I. Other A. B. C. D. E. F. G. H. I. J. K. No permits anticipated. Granger is the Construction Manager (CM) on this project. Limbaugh is the Mechanical Contractor on this project. The STEM Innovative Learning Center is a 7 story building and has been gutted and redone, except for Chemistry. There about 50 fume hoods in the building (wet labs). There will be a basement, sub-basement and penthouse included. Most items are exposed and there are few ceiling grids, note – the Library has a web deck. Floors are 90% polished concrete. Liquidated damages will not be applicable as vendors will have ample time to execute the air and water balancing. A Construction Schedule will be given to the awarded vendor. The building renovation will be a LEED Project with commissioning. Hours are 7: 30 am – 3: 00 pm
