Facts • Some people think that only one in 1, ooo turtle hatchlings survive to adulthood. • Turtle shells are made out of over 50 bones! That are fused together - so they're literally wearing their bones on the outside! • 50% of marine turtles are estimated to have eaten plastic or other rubbish often mistaking it for jellyfish. • Turtles are one of the oldest reptiles in the world beating snakes, crocodiles and alligators! • They date back to the dinosaurs that means 200 million years ago! • Land turtles eat beetles, fruit and grass whereas sea turtles eat jellyfish, algae and even squid!

Facts • Now you may now that I hate snakes so let's get this over with • Snakes have two ways that they can kill you, they could either squeeze you to death or kill you with their venom • Tiger snakes can kill you within 30 minutes with only one bite • Snakes don’t have ears so they hear from the vibrations in the ground
