• Each month women go through (typically) a 28 day cycle. • Not every woman’s cycle is the same • The cycle starts when the woman’s period starts. • Women typically have their period for 5 -7 days • Ovulation usually happens around day 14. • Once the egg is released it only live 24 hours! • Girls get their first period typically around the age of 12. • Menopause is the name for when a woman stops getting her periods. • Menopause usually happens between 45 -& 55. Menstruation
Conception • Sperm and egg meet Facts: • Sperm can live 3 -4 days inside the woman • A woman needs at least 22% fat to conceive. • The highest chance of getting pregnant is when a couple has sex 1 -2 days BEFORE ovulation.

Sometimes there is treatment, sometimes there isn’t.
