Status of sub-system integration • To date most of our efforts have been spend on budgeting, transacting and reporting in m. SCOA • We need to start looking at the seamless integration of sub-systems – Step 1: straight forward stock take on sub-systems q What sub-systems are municipalities using? q What are the functionality of these sub-systems? q What are the status of integration (Not started/in progress/complete) • Template has been developed to determine the integration status of subsystems • Template will be distributed to all municipalities for completion – deadline: 28 Feb 2018 • Based on the completed information, a report on the integration status of sub -system will be compiled - this will determine the way forward on this focus area 3
