PACKAGING RECOVERY ORGANIZATION, MEAN FEATURES 5 Ø Repack Plc is a public limited company, which do not distribute profit, and the accumulated funds are invested to set a sustainable separate collection systems of packaging waste at locals. Ø On 01. 11. 2004 г. Repack Plc. obtained license № ООп-0400, continued by license № ООп-04 -03/11. 02. 2010 issued by Ministry of Environment and Water to meet obligations of Art. 11 of Waste Management Act and Regulation of packaging and packaging waste.

ATTAINED RESULTS 2006 9 Ø During 2011 REPACK fulfill obligations of more than 1000 companies for recovery of packaging waste, which placed at the market around 19 000 tones of packaging. Ø According legislation REPACK had to recover 50 % of those packaging while REPACK recycled 52% which means 9675 tones. Ø Served population: ~ 550 000 inhabitants
