WP 1. 1 State Of Progress (7/2007) RENAISSANCE - LYON FRANCE Development in Energy Policies of innovations provided by CONCERTO : Wood Fire Heating systems integrated in urban media used for other urban projects of Lyon agglomeration (Sathonay Camp planned in 2010 -2011 – Bron Teraillon : diagnostic of existing system and study of Wood fuel solution) Integration of results of this innovative project in local and national policies : - reference framework for sustainable housing : done & applied ° 3225 housing concerned ° experience feedback (economic and operational : environment management, over cost identification, …) - reference framework for office buildings : done & in test process 96 000 m 2 in planning process RENAISSANCE : a CONCERTO project financed by the European Commission on the six framework program 3

WP 1. 1 State Of Progress (7/2007) RENAISSANCE - LYON FRANCE Other part of local policy: collaboration with Rhône-Alpes Region in order to promote the Building Environmental Quality for the social housing with adapted assistance => Reference framework in process National level : - project followed by ADEME - Enertech implied as a consultant of the group “isolons la terre” (insulating the earth). Target : reduction of heat consumption below 50 KWh/sq. m. /year in renovated older buildings - CONCERTO : reference program for debate on High Efficiency Buildings RENAISSANCE : a CONCERTO project financed by the European Commission on the six framework program 4

WP 1. 2 Ecobuildings Definition & Validation of the Objectives RENAISSANCE - LYON FRANCE Accompaniment of the Design => Finished ENERTECH Checking of program performance objectives (numerical simulation for energy consumption and thermal comfort) => Finished Checking of Consultation Documents established by developers for selection of building companies Finished for 1 block.
