The territories of the Project n n n Site I (2, 6 ha) - territory of “WOODISON TERMINAL” Ltd, “Ovi” Ltd and “Eko Osta” Ltd Site II (2, 9 ha) - territory of “VL Bunkerings” Ltd Site III (2, 5 ha)- territory of “OVI Riga” Ltd 3

Progress - Site I and Site II ¡ Remediation works are on-going according to the schedule ¡ In April 2014 the construction permit was received and remediation works were started ¡ Construction supervision is performed during all works’ period ¡ Till end of February (2015) 289, 4 tons or 32% from target set in the Logframe of floating oil products in groundwater were pumped out ¡ Surface-active substance injection in wells was performed ¡ In April and in October 2014 the Riga Environmental Board made a control visit at the project sites 4

Progress - Site III n In May 2014 both agreements for remediation works and construction supervision were signed n The pilot project was successfully performed from June till December 2014 n In December, 2014 report about pilotproject was received by Contractor and Engineer approved submitted pilot stage final report and recommended to continue the preparation for the further implementation of the remediation project n According to agreement and FIDIC regulations construction supervision was performed all period n Till end of February (2015) 52, 83 tons or 9, 85% from target set in the Logframe of floating oil products in groundwater were pumped n 5 to In the summer 2015 it is planned to receive the construction permit and start remediation works

Factors impacted Project implementation n The co-financing of project in amount of 856 678 CHF from the state budget was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on 25 November 2014 n The Project Budget and Logframe is planned to be updated according to the results of the pilot project in April 2015 6
