Rehabilitation – Subacute n Active Elbow ROM in Warm W/P ¡ ¡ Alternate w/ US treatment then stretching n ¡ 3 MHz, 100% Duty Cycle, 1. 0 W/cm 2, 6 mins, 3 -4°C increase Superficial heat w/ Elbow EXT
Rehabilitation – Subacute n Exercises ¡ ¡ Add Pronation & Supination to wrist strengthening Isometric Elbow Flexion & Extension n n ¡ Three separate plainer areas & Pronated, Neutral, Supinated Basketball Dribble n n Sets of 30 Seconds to build muscular endurance Work into wall chest pass
