• These are the vast majority of Spanish verbs. I put them on the right (in the East) because they are kind of conservative, very reliable. To conjugate a regular verb, you replace the infinitive ending with the appropriate ending, depending on the person/number. (Remember, an infinitive verb ends in AR, ER, or IR and means ‘to + verb’ and conjugating is when you put a subject with the verb. ) • stem-everything but the AR, ER, and IR • infinitive ending-AR, ER, or IR • To conjugate, chop the AR, ER, or IR and add ending.
