Interoperability Procedure • Notary does electronically ü ü • Enquiries to Land Register Data import to the contract (deed) and the preparation Signing the copy of the contract Sending the application with the contract to Land Register does electronically ü The registrar receives the application: § META data (participants, objects, state fee, …) § The contract ü Assistant judge makes an entry to the Land Register ü The decision is sent automatically back to the e-Notary www. rik. ee
