REGISTRATION OF ENGINEERS ACT 1967 Act of Parliament First enacted as Act 66 (of 1967) Regulations Governing the Engineering Profession, Practice & Services
Registration of Engineers Act 1967 (Revised 2007) - REA • An Act to provide for the registration of engineers, and sole proprietorships, partnerships and bodies corporate providing professional engineering services and for purposes connected therewith.
Boards of Engineers • Section 3(1), Registration of Engineers Act 1967 (Revised 2007), REA: - For the purposes of this Act there is hereby established a board to be called “Board of Engineers” which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and which may sue and be sued
