REGISTER to ATTEND If you plan to attend, please have your parent complete the Parental Permission Form using this link: http: //goo. gl/forms/D 2 queri 2 bf The Stevenson High School Debate Team invites all members of the Daniel Wright and Aptakisic Middle School Debate Programs to an end-of-the year event this Monday at Stevenson High School. When does the event start? Where is it? Students should arrive at Stevenson at 3: 55 pm at the entry at Parking Lot D. Stevenson’s address is 1 Stevenson Drive, Lincolnshire, IL; Lot D is adjacent to the tennis courts near the back of the school. Rooms 6014, 6018, and 6022 will be used as chamber rooms. Students will be divided into chambers once they arrive and the event will begin promptly at 4 p. m. There will be no transportation provided so parents will have to provide rides or coordinate carpools. Will there be food? If there a cost to attend? Snack will be provided by the Stevenson Debate Team. There is no cost to attend or participate. Which bills will be used? The bills used at this tournament will be the same as the two bills discussed at last week’s meeting. One bill repeals the 1033 program, one bans animal testing. Both can be found on the Debate Haiku page. Other? Parents are welcome to watch if they would like. Clothing should be casual.
