Project overview Overall objective : To break down barriers for all vulnerable groups in the education sector South East Europe: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia” and Kosovo* Duration : January 2013 – November 2015 Partners: Ministries for education, local authorities, teachers, schools professional staff and parents, media, European Training Foundation *“This designation is without prejudice to positions on status and is in line with UNSCR 1244 and the ICJ opinion on the Kosovo Declaration of Independence”

Inclusive education is. . . Inclusive education is not. . . about restructuring education cultures, policies and practices so that they can respond to a diverse range. . . focused just on developing education for of learners - male and female; disabled and nondisabled; from different ethnic, language, religious or disabled learners within mainstream financial backgrounds; of different ages or sexual settings orientiation; and facing different health, migration, refugee or other vulnerability challenges. . . about trying to change the learner so. . . about changing the education system so that it is that he/she can fit more conveniently into flexible enough to accommodate any learner an unchanged education system. . . about identifying and removing barriers to learners' presence in (access to) education, participation in the. . . focused just on helping learners to gain learning process, and academic and social access to schools or classrooms achievement. . . focused on solving attitude, practice, policy, environmental and resource barriers . . . just about overcoming financial and environmental challenges . . . a process in which all stakeholders should participate (teachers, learners, parents, community members, government policy-makers, local leaders, NGOs, etc) . . . a project that can be implemented solely by external experts or education officials
