Leadership • Changed Co-Chairs of 3 DS-IC Technical Committee – *Chien-Chung Lin (ITRI) New! – Wendy Chen (King Yuan Electronics) – Roger Hwang (ASE) *The original co-chair Dr. TK Ku quit from ITRI and the new co-chair from ITRI is Dr. Chien-Chung Lin. This was approved by TC committee members in the last TC meeting which was hold on May 5, 2016. *Dr. Chien-Chung Lin is the Division Director of Intelligent Application Micro Systems Division in ITRI/Electronic and Optoelectronic System Research Laboratories.

Major Activities (1/2) • Published 2 Standards in June 2016 – 3 D 15 -0316 : “NEW STANDARD: Guide For Overlay Performance Assessment For 3 DS-IC Process” – PV 72 -0316 : ‘NEW STANDARD: Test Method to Evaluate an Accelerated Thermo Humidity Resistance of PV Encapsulants”. • Ballot Failed in Cycle-5 voting (2 Negatives) – Doc # 5598: “New Standard: Test Method for Durability of Low Light Intensity Organic Photovoltaic (OPV) and Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC). • Circulated new SNARF submitted by PV Reliability Test Method TF of Photovoltaics TC for two weeks e-preview. – “New Standard: Test Method for Polymer Foil dependent Discoloration of Silver Fingers on PV modules” • Two new SNARF passed 2 -week e-preview process. – #5948 “Guide for Machnical Stress Test Methods in the Measurement of Gas Barrier Performance for Flexible Display Components and Devices under a Normal Usage Condition" – #5949 “New Standard: Methods of Flicker Measurement for Flexible Display.
