Exercise A local farmer contacts you about a possible project for the foundation. He wants to know he can improve the production of his grass land. He asks for a research report of all possible actions he can take and how he can measure a stronger growth in the future. He also wants to know the costs of this report and the costs of the measurements plus a pretty accurate estimation of the extra yield. He needs this report within one month. Make a plan for this project. Think about the following issues: - What needs to be done to execute this project? - What equipment do you need? - Which methods the farmer can apply to measure and to monitor the extra growth? - How many employees do you need for this project? - What level employees do you need? - Which skills do you need in this project? - Which learning goals do you have in this project? - Which work processes are involved?
Thanks for your attention!
