Lessons Learned • Have more than one person in a position for backup – if possible • Advertise, Advertise • Proper planning will produce a good event with good attendance • Periodic reminders about attendance at Ex. Com meetings

Goals for Next Year • Participate in National Engineers Week • Increase Senior Membership

Com Meetings • Hold more joint Section/Chapter meetings • Promote use of Section website for activities and information by Chapters and Section • Expand Awards • Have people wanting to hold office • Better marketing of benefits for holding office
