Walkerston road safety survey The Peak Downs Highway the only b-double route west 15 th of April 2014, • 11, 000 plus total vehicles per day through the narrow, congested confines of Walkerston. • 238 B Double, 217 articulated and 691 Heavy Rigid trucks on average per day. • Numerous other dangerous good heavy vehicles, chemicals, gas, explosives. • Coach traffic has dramatically increased and is in excess of 900 movements per month.

The Community knows the risk is EXTREME. Everyone knows the solution. Walkerston Bypass is the RESPONSIBLE action.
