1 Sa 2: 1 And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the LORD, mine horn is exalted in the LORD: my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy salvation. 1 Sa 2: 2 There is none holy as the LORD: for there is none beside thee: neither is there any rock like our God. 1 Sa 2: 3 Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the LORD is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed. 1 Sa 2: 4 The bows of the mighty men are broken, and they that stumbled are girded with strength. 1 Sa 2: 5 They that were full have hired out themselves for bread; and they that were hungry ceased: so that the barren hath born seven; and she that hath many children is waxed feeble. 1 Sa 2: 6 The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up.

1 Sa 2: 7 The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up. 1 Sa 2: 8 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD'S, and he hath set the world upon them. 1 Sa 2: 9 He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.

Isa 60: 2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

And if it’s not written in the Bible, God stands behind it, anyhow, if it’s God’s Word. See? 63 And then if it’s outside of that, it’s revealed to prophets. We realize that all the mysteries of God is made known to prophets, and them alone. See, Amos 3: 7. 64 Now, now, the power of revelation brings stimulation to the believer. For, the power of wine, natural wine, is to stimulate. See? It’s to—to bring a person, that’s all slumped down, to a stimulation. See? Well, then, now, there is a power of the revelation of the Word, gives stimulation of joy to the believer, stimulation of satisfaction, the stimulation that It’s vindicated, It’s proved.

Luk 6: 48 He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.

53 -0609 E - Make The Valley Full Of Ditches 40 The trouble of it is, you go to digging, the first thing you know, you stick your shovel down: say, “Pay ten percent. ” Oh, oh. Can’t do that. You don’t get much water. The next you got… If you’ll just keep on digging, brother, and keep on digging, and dig them old doubts out, them old dish pans and rocks and stones and things like that, dig deep enough to throw it all out, and get enough water flowing through there so you can get a good decent drink once in a while. What’s the matter tonight? You got to dig away from your church, dig away from this, dig away from that, and dig into Christ Jesus. Hallelujah.

He knows that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever, and He changes not. He knows that a whole lot more than do ninety percent of theologians. He knows that since God is immutable in His nature, then He is just as immutable in His ways. Thus Satan knows assuredly that the original church at Pentecost with the power of God (Mark 16 in action) is the True Church that Jesus claims as His own. All else is false. It has to be. Now remember this. Christ in the True Church is a continuation of the Book of Acts. But the Book of Revelation shows how that the antichrist spirit would come into the church and defile it, making it lukewarm, formal and powerless.

He fights that. He cannot stand it. He knows that if the people get the TRUE REVELATION of the TRUE CHURCH and what she is, what she stands for and that SHE CAN DO THE GREATER WORKS, she will be an invincible army. If they get a true revelation of the two spirits within the framework of the Christian church, and by God’s Spirit discern and withstand the antichrist spirit, Satan will be powerless before her. He will be as definitely thwarted today as when Christ withstood his every effort to gain power over Him in the desert. Yes, Satan hates revelation. But we love it. With true revelation in our lives, the gates of hell cannot prevail against us,

An Exposition Of The Seven Church Ages - 1 - The Revelation Of Jesus Christ You will recall that I mentioned at the beginning of this message that this Book we are studying is the actual revelation of Jesus, Himself, in the church and His work in the future ages. Then I mentioned that it takes the Holy Spirit to give us revelation or we will fail to get it. Bringing these two thoughts together you will see that it won’t take just ordinary study and thinking to make this Book real. It is going to take the operation of the Holy Ghost. That means this Book can’t be revealed to anyone but a special class of people. It will take one with prophetic insight. It will require the ability to hear from God. It will require supernatural instruction, not just a student comparing verse with verse, though that is good.
