Mentored Career Development in Clinical and Translational Science Award A three-year training program for junior faculty health professionals who are committed to improving human health through the design, conduct, implementation, and dissemination of high quality translational research. Trainees are expected to devote 75% effort to the program, complete all courses and obtain independent funding (e. g. , K 23, R 01, Foundation Grant) to sustain their research career or become an integral member of a clinical translational research team.
