Send with Recruitment Requisition Job Description/ Person Spec/ Advert text sent to Recruitment by 12 pm Wed 2 Applications sent to manager (email/paper) for short-listing Recruitment reserves Induction and notifies candidate Total time from advert to commencement = 83 days Line Manager 3 Within 2 days 5 Phone preferred candidate offer position subject to pre-employment checks 5 Day of interview or following day 6 Top Copy of Notification of Appointment form, (NOA), ID documents to recruitment also details of unsuccessful candidates 6 after interview and verbal acceptance of offer Candidate to confirm start date with line manager who contacts recruitment On commencement Line Manager to return remaining copies of NOA with bank details (if received) to Recruitment
