The Calm After the Storm – NOT!!!!! But. . . we definitely have wind in our sails. Rebuild is often better than original. Change is good. . More transparency for administration and students. ▪ All syllabi posted in Moodle – seated, online, and blended. ▪ All assignment grades posted within one week. ▪ When necessary, administration has access to verify content and contact time. Common curriculum for important courses: ▪ 1) Orientation ▪ 2) Desktop ▪ 3) Comparative Cultures ▪ CIP in place including: ▪ Curriculum review and development. ▪ Adjunct faculty review. Change is going to happen – being able to pivot quickly is the key to success.
