Example: thank you page with your contact information at the end of the presentation. We will be anonymizing all presentations by removing the title page from all presentations during the initial judging. Your cooperation helps us ensure that no identifiable information will be on the rest of the presentation. All identifiable information can be entered back into your presentation if you are selected for oral presentation at the annual SIR meeting. All identifiable information will be placed back into the presentation when they are uploaded onto the RFS website as the ”Case of the Month”. Example Slides This template has multiple example slides and you do not need to strictly follow its format. Example: you do not need to have a “Laboratory Findings” section if it is not pertinent to your presentation. Question and Answers Slides An example Question and Answers slides are included in this presentation so you can see how the hyperlink works. In presentation mode, the hyperlinks at the bottom left corner named “Try Again” and “Continue Case” should redirect you to the correct page.
