The plan focuses on: § the maintenance of knowledge and skill § the enhancement of existing skills § the development of new potential § All individuals have their own preferred methods of learning and the RCOG programme allows flexibility in deciding the educational value of different CPD activities and resources. Criteria You must meet the following criteria to become an RCOG Associate: § Have a medical degree § Have NOT passed the MRCOG Part 2 exam § Not be in a training post (UK only) § Be working in or have an interest in women’s health care § Promise to uphold the values of the RCOG
