Action - CWG, Partnership Board, Secretariat, Partnership 4 CWG develops + 4 Board directs presents Strategic Framework (SF) to the Partnership Board 4 Partnership Board endorses recommendations Secretariat to coordinate partners’ implementation of recommendations. 4 Secretariat shares SF to Partners & helps to secure funds for activities. Expected Outputs of Inaugural CWG 4 Agree the TORs, membership and procedures for the CWG 4 Identify priority issues to be addressed by the CWG over the next 12 months 4 Develop a plan of work/action for the next 12 months which includes the development of Strategic Framework by March 2004.
