3 locations • Bedroom-The reason I would be choosing one of the locations in the characters bed room is because it's the perfect place to show that one of the characters has still not gotten over the fact that they are no longer friends. This makes the character looked depressed and only wanting one thing which is to be back with his former partner. • A party-I chose a party as another location because it could show that the character is the opposite of depressed, the intention is to make it look like the character is enjoying his/her life while the other character is having the complete opposite life to show the big contrast between them both. • A street-A random street could be the Third location as it doesn't really matter where they both meet again so the easiest place would be on any none busy street we could find. The reason for the street is because in the closing scenes in the music video they both come across each-other on the street with one coming from the left side and the other coming from the right to meet for the final time.

My idea • My idea for my music video will be different to the original video as I think that the narrative for the video is to mainstream and I feel that it isn't that interesting. In addition I think that the narrative I will use can still be related to the lyrics and it's less boring to do as a music video and there are more ideas to use in the panning. My narrative will consist of two people that have just come out of a relationship and both have completely opposite reactions to the break up. Either the boy is really depressed and can't get over it which leads him to staying in his room and always checking his phone stalking her on snapchat and Instagram. Whilst on the other hand the girl is just living her life going to parties , going cinema and always being with her friends. It can be the opposite as well with the girl not being able to get over the relationship and being depressed whilst the guy is loving his life and being completely over the relationship. • My general idea is pretty simple, There was a girl that had strong feelings for her ex but they broke up, the guy now doesn't really care and is getting on with his life like nothing ever happened whilst the girl is still depressed and is still hooked on the guy. But as time goes on they both start to swap roles with each other with the girl overcoming her depression while the guy starts to miss her.

Overview/ Analysis • The Song has a short and simple narrative. It's about Raye (The singer) finding out her 'friends' where back chatting her. She finds out about it and completely cuts them off. To make herself feel better she forgets about them and goes and lives her life the best way possible to make them jealous to a certain extent.

Unique selling point • The unique selling point of this video would be the two contrasting ways of life since after they broke up. With the girl being creepy stalking her ex on snapchat and Instagram in her room being depressed whilst the guy is going out enjoying life going to parties and cinema. During the chorus we could have half the screen on the girl to show how's she's coping with the break up and on the other half show the guy is coping. This isn’t a very common idea when it comes to music videos that include theme of love and friendship which means it could be a unique selling point
