Mira Press http: //www. rapidassessment. net Share Your Experience Doing More Rapid Qualitative Research One of the most often comments heard concerning qualitative research is that it takes too long to produce results. I have been especially interested in the use of small teams for speeding up research, such as Rapid Assessment. However, I am convinced there has to be many other ways. I am looking for chapters for a handbook on speeding up the process covering issues ranging from theoretical and conceptual to experience using new technology. I can envision chapters for a book that describe techniques that have been tried, what results were produced, and the lessons learned. I am especially interested in efforts that were successful, but am also interested in efforts that were not as successful as anticipated. Anyone interested in the possibility of contribution a chapter is invited to contact me directly. James Beebe beebe@gonzaga. edu
