(2. 4) To meet the needs of all learners through a range of strategies, supports and interventions, (2. 4) Staff will engage in professional discussion and reflection Tasks/tests to impact drivers Numeracy rich environments will be created. (3. 2, 1. 1, 1. 2, 1. 3 ) Close the attainment gap between the most and least disadvantaged children To meet the needs of all learners through a range of strategies, supports and interventions, (2. 4) Secondary drivers Tasks/tests to impact drivers Reading for Enjoyment will be promoted Approaches to teaching writing will be embedded Collaboration with parents & carers Pop up libraries, events with parents will be planned, Book Swap will be promoted, the Early Stages library will be updated, increased use of Digital Technologies Learners’ experiences are appropriately challenging and enjoyable and well matched to their needs and interests (2. 3) Employability, digital literacy and creativity are emphasised across all areas of learning.
