Coding Edits Reorganization • To allow for some new expanded options Coding Edits had some reorganization, and new “Max Units” tab has been added. © 2016 Raintree Systems, Incorporated – Private/Confidential

Maximum Units • The Unit Limits has been moved from the Set up tab to this new tab. • The options have also been expanded to provide more choices for exclusions. • Max Units can now be determined in this section to be limited per visit, per Date of Service or per Discipline and Date of Service © 2016 Raintree Systems, Incorporated – Private/Confidential

Maximum Units • Specific codes, such as evaluations, can be excluded form the limits using the Exclude codes section © 2016 Raintree Systems, Incorporated – Private/Confidential

Maximum Units • By default all codes that are Zxxxx codes are excluded from Max Units limits. (These are PQRS and therapy FLR codes) • New: Any code that is defined as “NU” will now be excluded from Max Units • This allows customers to exclude administrative type codes. NU is used in the type of service field in the charge table to excluded codes as counting as a unit for reporting.
