Task: ■ In groups 4 -5 plan and record a short interview in a style of Radio 1. ■ Choose an artist to interview and topic such a new album, song, new film that is out etc. ■ Think about some interesting facts about your topic and artist that will interest your listeners. ■ Introduce the guest and use open questions (Who, what, where how, why) in your interview ■ Finish your interview with a song or a tune. ■ Share your recordings with the individual members of the group and produce individual edits of the interview. You will be taught how to use ‘Adobe Audition’ to edit your interview.

Final interview ■ You will need to export your final interview edit and upload it on either You. Tube or some other digital platform to be able to copy the link to your Word. Press.

Evolution: ■ Reflect on your recording and the final edit: ■ Introduce the task (what were you asked to do) ■ What new skills did you learnt through this task and for what purpose? ■ How effectively have you carried out the task? ■ What went well and what do you think needs to be improved further? ■ How can you use those skills in the future projects? ■ Give at least three examples of the skills being used in the industry.
