Quick Reference Sheet ORGANIZATION EMPLOYER ACCESSIBILITY RESOURCE NETWORK (EARN) WHO WE ARE The Employment Accessibility Resource Network (EARN) is a community initiative, led by United Way Ottawa, that brings together in partnership employers, service providers and other stakeholders with the goal of increasing meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities and promoting inclusive and accessible workplaces in Ottawa and the National Capital Region. EARN members support best practices for the hiring of people with disabilities and champion meaningful work for meaningful pay, and endorse the Guiding Principles of EARN.
