RECEIVING ACCESS • There are two versions of the website: • • NHS networks (N 3) (https: //medusa. wales. nhs. uk) Internet (http: //www. injmed. nhs. uk) • Users should use the NHS network version wherever possible, particularly for clinical access. • Internet version can be used for staff working off-site using the same logon details as they would normally use. www. sps. nhs. uk 25/09/2021 6
CONSIDERATIONS • Caution - take particular care if using a paper copy of this resource as advice is rapidly changing rapidly. We advise checking the website for the latest information. • Organisations that have restricted medicines available to clinical areas should either review these or remove the restrictions. • It is not appropriate to provide open access to the website because the advice is customised by some organisations to reflect local practise. It is important that users see the correct customised version of the Guide depending on their local account. www. sps. nhs. uk 25/09/2021 7
